Huntington Bank 2nd St, Cuyahoga Falls

Used to have the sweetest clerks (all genders) and then I started seeing new faces. New girl today helped make it an unpleasant experience for certain! Multiple cars went through the other lane as I sat and waited. No smile, no civility of any kind. Made me super sad. Used to enjoy bank visits!

I was greeted upon entry and I must say that they have excellent customer service. I went to go close my account with them because I was moving to a state that doesn’t have them and instead of attacking me like most banks they just said, “we are sorry to see you go.” I loved my experience there and I know if I ever move to a state that uses them I’ll get another account with them just based off of my last visit with them. I never had any problems with them the few months that I used them. Their bank is clean and neat.

Oh my goodness! This branch is so much more friendly than any other. I literally drive passed 2 others to bank at this location. Perfect staff!

I am very happy with my experiences at this location. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I never have to wait very long even when they are busy.

Website is not reliable. The website did not update my current and available balance correctly. I have told the manager about the glitch in the website and she blames it on me. Although they did take one draft off. I still was charged $40.

Lauren was very helpful and easy to work with. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Only downside about this location is this branch is not very handicap friendly.

The woman who was helping me with a wire transfer was weirdly condescending after I signed on the wrong part of the wire confirmation. It's hard enough to hear people through a mask and plexiglass, and I misunderstood where the signature was needed. Sucks that she had to make me feel embarrassed about it.

The ATM was out of money and when I went inside 6 employees were servicing 3 customers. It took forever. I just came back a year later and I figured they had their issues figured out but I was wrong. The ATM was broken and the Huntington employee attempting to fix it blocked everyone in so we were stuck for a half hour.

Very nice and personable staff. We opened an account with Brijette and she was so helpful having our best interest in mind.

Nice location friendly staff. Fast drive through options. Brightly lit drive up atm.
