I was driving home upset after car searching all day. I happened to see Ron Marhofer sign from the freeway and decided to stop by. They were closed but Elias said that he could help me start the paperwork then get the car delivered the next day. They had exactly what I was looking for at the price that I was looking for. Elias helped make the purchase a smooth one. I’m so happy I caught him getting into his car! I love my car! Great purchasing experience!

He picked me up in the vehicle I was interested in and my test drive was the return to the lot where I ultimately purchased the car. The price, the people, and the quality were well worth it. If your in the market for a new car, this is the place to go! Hands down the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Elias Ortiz was my salesman and went above and beyond to get me in a car at my budget in a timely manner. He listened to what my needs were and delivered! He stayed after hours to make sure I was in my vehicle and completely satisfied and worked with me during my work hours to communicate updates at my convenience, he was pleasant and down to earth.. really unlike most sales people I’ve been in contact with. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have worked with Elias! The entire team was so pleasant to work with. Kim in finance also stayed late to finish my paperwork and tie up my financing agreements.. along with a few other receptionists and team members. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Needless to say i will be taking all of my car purchasing business to Elias and the people at Ron Marhofer! I can’t thank you enough!

So I went here about 46 days ago now, while the overall buying experience was great. I had limited options with my situation and left with a car, good right? Sure however…..my 45 day tag expired yesterday, I still don’t have the memo title so I can get plates that’s supposed to have been sent within 30 days according to the bmv. Now I gotta buy another 45 day tag until I can get ahold of someone and they decide to send what I need. I texted my salesman since he reached out a few days after my purchase, as of now still no reply. While I greatly appreciate getting in to a vehicle with my situation being a little problematic, I don’t appreciate having to spend EXTRA money on something due to negligence. *EDIT* While also wasting money, I’ve been sitting in the bmv for almost an hour because funny story again, they have to call Columbus for approval for the second 45 day tag. So wasting time and money that could have been easily avoided if I’d have just gotten what I was supposed to when I was supposed to.

We came in to get a car after mine was totaled in an accident. Elias greeted us and took very good care of us. We told him our price range and he went to work finding the best car suitable for my needs and price. I ended up getting a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and I am extremely happy with it! Will definitely come back if and when I ever need a new car! Elias was great and so helpful! I am very appreciative!

Overpriced used cars. So I go there looking for a daily commuter and find this 2012 Hyundai Elantra that I like. A little pricy but I was in a rush to get it. I test drive it and like it a lot ,but my only concern was the passenger side front window was broken and in the down position. (would like to have a functioning window shocker) I bring it up to him like ,dude love the car I just want that to be fixed before I purchase it. He told me it would take 1 hour too figure out what’s going on with it and it has been 5 at that point. Try calling him and he’s rude with me after he basically lied to my face. Will never go here again.
