Zalmai Sadati - I came in yesterday morning March 12 and I was helped by Jocelyn Sepulveda. She helped me have a great, quick, and easy experience taking out money. Very satisfied.

Took my mother here to have her card replaced. They replaced the card just fine but had her on the phone for half an hour trying to cancel the previous card when a manager came to inform her she could do that from home. So wasted time. Then in the meanwhile convinced her to opt into overdraft coverage which my mother did not understand and had not had for YEARS. They did not explain correctly how it worked or why she needed it, just basically pressured her into it. And since she did not understand she has now been charged over 100 dollars in one week.

The bank rep was very nice. Business as usual at the bank.

I had an account with this branch a few years ago and then moved to Florida. I have since come back to the area and reopened an account. It was so refreshing to see the friendly and helpful staff again. I had forgotten how nice they were and I am glad to be back with the Citizen's family again.

The worst customer service!!! Rude! Rude! Rude! The representatives on the phone and in the branch are rude! After calling and getting bounced around about my deposit disappearing from my account... I went into a branch to find out why my deposit disappeared... 24 hours after the deposit cleared... only to find out they are holding my money for 5-7 Days due to their error and misinformation! While trying to understand the details ... the bank teller told me we don’t need your money! Update 6/29/18 - they still haven’t released my money. I’m still getting the 5-7 business day response! BAD BUSINESS!

Another useless bank, terrible hours, they never pick up the phone if you try calling them. The people working there have no idea what they are doing, they just call other offices because they have no answers to issues. Useless place, just knock the building down.

This branch specifically, the people are so rude. I told everyone I was leaving simply due to not seeing eye to eye with this bank, it happens no big deal. The MOMENT I mentioned this I was given attitude. I understand finance, I'm not dumb I get it, I work it. When. I was given two different answers and then the branch manager decides, oh no you just don't get it. Instead of answering my question and yelling at me- that is incredibly unprofessional. This is a major part of why I'm leaving.

Love this K of P Bank!! Mike the manager is the best! Every single time I drive through, Mike comes up to window says “hello, asks if he can help me with any of my banking needs!” This customer service NEVER happens anymore! Also, the fact I can deposit checks or cash anytime at Bank ATM - and deposit checks via picture of check, is a BIG plus for me. A++ customer service!

Horrible experience! Very unprofessional manager! I was in the branch for 1 hour . I was given wrong information by assistant. When I asked to talk to the manager who she was not busy at all in her desk. I heard her telling her assistant that she has nothing to tell me! She did not even care to come and apologize for the wrong informations I was given which wasted 1 hour of my time inside the bank. She needs to be trained again . Zero costumer service skills As manager !

This bank is a joke, I only opened an account a year ago and I'm about to go elsewhere. The staff is incompetent and don't return calls. Their online banking is confusing, difficult to set up, and even harder to make changes to. And they charge you for ATM transactions. Just really poor service all around
