Michael first off got us the best interest rate that we could find through multiple brokers. But on top of that, he helped us feel comfortable going into our closing. He also gave me heads up on wire transfer fraud which was invaluable since I was targeted but due to his warning I was able to avoid losing a large chunk of money.
