Incredibly usurious banking fees and unreasonable policies. I will never do any more banking here. Completely unwilling to work with a overdraft issues which result in fees many times the amount actually over-drafted. Stay away

The manager is rude as all get out. I had a couple questions which were never answered while talking AT me across the lobby. Her tone with people tells more about her than the words she uses when she talks to them and she will literally look down her nose at you. She figured out I wasn’t very happy at how I was treated in this branch and she had the audacity to apologize to MY PARTNER about her behavior. Not to me, my partner. Don’t bother with this branch. I’d give zero stars if it let me.

Been banking at this location for 10+ years and always noticed high turnover, however the “core” team was in place and did a fantastic job. Personal banking was always made pleasant with excellent service especially in respect to banking errors and when they did were always looked at from customer perspective and adjusted if not a blatant overdraft. Well suddenly I’m getting charged $2 a month for statements + online banking app changed causing me some confusion paying out of the wrong account - i was charged $70 even though i caught the error and made a prompt transfer.. I called for assistance requesting refund of the $70 and was basically told by newer unfamiliar staff whatever was done in the past is the past and it was my mistake and gonna cost me... NOPE it’s going to cost you Citizens as there are many options time to go. Who wants to do biz with a bank so desperate relying on gouging loyal customers for petty charges. Not this guy...

I NEEDED TO HAVE A DOCUMENT NOTARIZED I WAITED 10 MINUTES IT WAS TWO CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME I WAS NEVER WAITED ON I LEFT THEY ONLY HAD ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING IN THAT AREA NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst bank to go to 4th time in drive thru was 1st therr and last to leave rediculus!!!

The best drive thru I have been to. I really like the teller named Cindy she is always friendly and helpful. I am so glad I chose to bank there. One place in this crazy world that is good and consistent.

All of the tellers and the manager here are efficient and friendly. The manager Nina was extra helpful recently while trying to get student loans sorted out.

I like the extended hours especially on Saturdays. I dont like that the atm doesnt work all the time. One day you cant make deposits, the next you cant withdraw your money. Very frustrating.

There is no such thing as a bank that is for the citizens. Join a credit union and feel much better about your Investments.
