Citizens Bank 9th St, Brooklyn

Very disgusting bank, no one answers the phone, Staff service is also very poor！！！

Party behind the tills rather then a serve a line of customers. One tiller working three gossiping. Usual story.

I have always had a positive experience. Nicole the associate who sits in the front is very friendly helpful and an asset to the branch.

It was horrible. You can't call the bank directly. After giving my phone access # and my SS # I had to listen to my checking balance and indicate that I wanted more info on my checking account. I did not. I was then connected with someone in India. (The bank is 3 blocks from my home). After repeating the whole long saga of the HSBC checks not sent with the copies I requested and the whole second book of checks with the copies, I simply wanted to know if they had delivered the second set to the bank before I drove down there in the rain, where it's very difficult to park. I was given a long wait time while I was connected to someone in the Phillipines who told me to call tomorrow as the bank was now closed. I went through the same routine this a.m. to finally find out that the book of checks was now at the bank. Everyone checked my home address, but would not send the checks here. It was just awful.

Poor service. There online and atm services gave not kept up to date. After 25 years of having a business account it was closed because HSBC got caught up in a money laundering scheme and had to close the small business accounts. Switched to Chase and it is night and day.

People are warm, friendly & knowledgeable!
