The team at Citizens on Kirkwood Highway did a fantastic job helping me set up new checking and savings accounts so that I could take advantage of a promotion. Ed was great to work with, went above and beyond, and answered all of my questions and then some. Can't recommend him and this branch enough!

I Called our Local Banking Branch in Kirkwood Plaza today because we are a business and had an issue with a payment from one of our clients. I called the branch and spoke with Victoria about our issue and not only was she pleasant and extremely helpful: She also offered to drive to our clients house to rectify the issue! I've worked in the financial industry my entire career and I have never witnessed a better example of going above and beyond for a client in all my years!!! Way to go Victoria! I will be sure to mention this to your supervisors!

The woman at the teller woman was horrible. She had a very poor attitude when I pulled up and I asked if I could cash my bonds. The woman explained that they no longer do that in store. Kinda odd since your website says that you still can . AND then telling me I need to go through the IRS website. It’s actually the national treasury but this employee is obviously okay giving incorrect information to the clients.
