I came here to Liberty Tax since i was often referred to get my taxes done here & Mixtli was my tax preparer. She was absolutely phenomenal! she answered every question i had and made my process for filing go quite smoothly. I recommend coming to this Liberty Tax office with its outstanding customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! If I could I would give them 100 stars . They are very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I went to them a few years ago because they were close after that 1st time I refused to go anywhere else. I actually travel a bit of a distance. Mixtli always has a smile and kind words. She really knows her taxes and goes above and beyond just doing your taxes she makes everything so convenient for her clients even while making more work for herself. I can't say enough about this place its amazing. I'll see them next year.

Mixtil Alvarez was amazing. She was very patient and input my thousands of papers that I've had lol and didn't even show any attitude that she had to do all of them. She was very friendly and got done everything in a timely manner.

So helpful! As soon as you walk in you feel welcome, it smells good inside, very clean, and everyone is professional and friendly. The tax advisers are very knowledgeable, and good at explaining everything. Mixtli was my advisor and she was so friendly, kind, and helpful. They are also bilingual. I will do my taxes here every year from now on!

Mixtil Alvarez is great she has been doing my taxes for 3 years now and is always so great. She very polite, consistent in doing a wonderful job. And is always patience when I have more questions or need to add additional paperwork while she rereading over my documents. Mixtli was absolutely the bomb. She was kind attentive and answered all my thousand of questions. She does everything right then and there whether remote or in person. I call with someone new almost weekly and they say the same thing about her. Like bro she was the ish! My wife has been going to her for years and speaks highly and this year I finally got the #Mixtliexperience and boy I was impressed. So for all your tax needs even non-fillers she is the go to. If you go before February 15 you can receive an extra 50 bucks right then and there.

I went to liberty tax on Kirkwood highway last year. Shelby Jones is the owner and he did my taxes. He did an amazing job. Go see him and he will take care of you. My taxes were a mess from the last couple of years dealing with someone I knew and they were able to turn it around and still get me a refund. I will definitely be returning for business.

I’m telling everyone I know to come to Mixtli at Liberty tax to file their returns! This woman was a saint- I was so disorganized and unknowledgeable but she was able to get me a much bigger return than I could have expected.
