Amazing bunch of guys that work there, they are very fair and understanding. The business has been around for a very long time and you can DEFINITELY tell. They truly don't low ball you and give you fair prices wether to pawn, sell or even buy from them. I tell anyone needing this kind of service to go to them. Never disappointed that's for sure...

These guys are amazing. There have been maybe two times that I have come in with stuff that they couldn't sell. I always received excellent customer service and the best deal for the things I brought in. You have to understand that they are a business and if they feel as though they cannot sell what you have brought, then they legit can't. By the way, I am a real customer of this establishment and I will continue to come here. If you want to deal with people who are really trying to low ball you or treat your stuff as "worthless", go up the road a bit toward Newark.

Gotta be the best Pawn shop I've been to. I don't understand the negative reviews, If you don't like what they are offering, Say 'No' They are honest and upfront about everything. Plus, they are dog friendly.... So, that's always a plus in my book.

I can believe the negative reviews. Walked in looking for a necklace. Stood at the counter for a minimum of 5minutes while 2 employees sitting down just looked at me. I inquired about seeing something in the case and again was ignored while they continued their conversation. Horrible customer service.......👎

The guys at Delaware gold pawn shop are the absolute best. I really enjoy going there, I wouldn't go to any other pawn shop. They are friendly especially Nick, Donnie, and I can't forget about Tim. They really try to make you Happy!! I would recommend them to everyone!!! ;) <3

I have only been here once. But I needed a lawn mower after moving into my house. Stopped by here and got a lawn mower in great condition. And the price was great! I would have paid more then 2 times the amount at a store. And the guy that helped me was helpful as hell walked me out showed me the mowers I picked one he started it up and offered me a deal on it. Can't ask for an easier transaction.

(Update: Owner calls every bad review fake. Nearly all positive reviews are friends/families of employees/owner or fake accounts.) Turned down everything I've tried to sell them as worthless. Made $900 myself selling on eBay. (Update : owner asked why I gave it one star when I made 900$ selling what he called "worthless" on eBay by myself.) "Maybe because you refused my stuff as worthless so I had to spend a month selling it all myself when I thought you ran a business to do that? Next time take my stuff for half that and maybe you could have sold it and made the money for your own company." Clearly Not an intelligent person or didn't care enough to read the entire thing. Either way it really says a lot about the quality of this man and his business and how much he really listens or even cares about his customers. My advice? Cut out the middle man and sell your things yourself...

I purchased a Harley Davison motorcycle from this pawnshop while I was on vacation in Atlanta I called back and I said a representative of mine to research the item in person and made a deal. I highly recommend this place 1st time I was in the store I felt like just the customer after stopping in a few times they really do to to like family and take care of you not that they didn't the 1st time but these guys really treat you like family when you are a repeat customer once again all staff is very friendly and I guarantee you they will remember your 1st name which means a lot I have gotten Necklace and a bracelet from them they gave me an excellent price last S year now the bracelet is work twice as much as I paid for it which tells you they really do give you a good value once again thanks a lot guys see you soon
