This branch has never been anything but incredible! I have never had any issues stopping in and speaking with a teller or banker and quickly taking care of any questions, concerns or transactions. 5/5. Have recommended to multiple friends and family!

Cassandra J is the assistant manager. I went in there for a checkbook back in April. She mentioned I was eligible for a credit card with 0% interest. I asked her multiple times if it were for purchases and she reassured me yes. Long story short she lied I was charged interest from day one. I tried to reach out to her and she offered me another credit card with them to transfer the balance over for the no interest period I originally wanted. Because the original offer was for balance transfers only. Not was communicated. Terrible customer service. Otherwise it's a decent branch with quick and friendly employees that can deposit and withdraw your money for you with the occasional sales pitch for 1 time deposit checkings and student loans etc. Oh and this bank duplicates foreign atm fees and charges you what the atm does so it costs double to take your money out anywhere.

Their employee made a mistake and now I'm left with a non-working debit card for a f week.

I should not have to coordinate getting my bank card out of the ATM with the movements of the resident spiders.

There are at least huge 40 spiders on and around the drive-thru atm. It would take about 10 minutes to go out there with bug spray and to take down the webs. It is absolutely disgusting and I cant believe managment let it get this bad.
