Buying from the Fairfield location was a great experience. After having some poor experiences at a couple of other places the day before, the attentiveness and customer service we received turned our vehicle search from stressful to enjoyable. Josh made the application process quick and was super personable to talk to while we were waiting and the guy with the {great} hair was extremely nice, explained everything to us and got us through our paperwork, out the door and on our way quickly. I was panicking had to get car towed to shop .Had to have major work done to my car. I truly can not say enough good about this business. I just can’t. They truly care….TRULY!!!! They FIND a way to be helpful, to get you in a vehicle you can afford and are HAPPY with. Even when things are personally rough, they go above and beyond to make this an enjoyable car buying experience! They have vehicles to fit all wants/needs and all at exceptionally reasonable prices. I have never been treated so well at a car lot in all my life. I had some issues with my license I was unaware of. Josh drove me to the DMV to get that taken care of. Zach made sure that I was very well taken care of and that I got the car I wanted and that the car was safe and sound before I left the lot. I felt and still do feel like part of the family. The both of them plus the lady in the office really fought for me to get a new car and i can not thank them enough !!! The customer service is 5 stars and above . I give this rating because talking to them really helped me feel relieved about the situation that I was in - they understood and worked with whatever cash i had . The car comes with warranty too being used!

Best experience I've ever had at a car lot. The staff was amazing. I had spoke with Josh on the phone and when I got there he was outside and walked straight up to greet me. He helped me with the application process and got me into a car that I love. Zach was very kind and gave me the pick of the lot and Michele walked me thru the signing of all my paperwork to finish up. I would highly recommend this place. I was DESPERATE for a car yesterday and didn't have time to go from lot to lot. It was a quick and very smooth process.

The guy made it seem as if I would be able to get a vehicle. Test drove a vehicle and the battery was dead and needed gasoline. Drove the car and the inside was dirty not clean at all or presentable and the car drove very poorly, started to make funny noise when getting up to 40mph.
