They had serviced many of my loans and the most recent one was so complicated that the closing itself took more than a year to complete. We had to 'refresh' the loan many times and it got confused every time with the constant change in interest rates. However Will and his team always kept me informed and upfront with the changes which completely removed the last minute surprises that no one likes. You might get many 5-star rated mortgage companies that are good with usual scenarios, and Will's team at CIMG are the best when it comes to complicated situations that require experience, patience and service oriented thinking.
