motor city merged to christian financial which was a nightmare and still continuing! They are always closed because they cant staff the new branches, the atm is always down and the app never works. Worst Bank!

Had horrible service when it came to a auto loan! So much I closed my savings account and went somewhere else! I would suggest never go here for an auto loan and if you do...DO NOT HAVE A MAN NAMED RYAN SCHMIDT!!!!! NOT Professional at all!! I have emails as proof to how he has no idea what he is doing!!!!

Zero Stars! I walked into the lobby, I was the ONLY one in line. The two tellers kept talking as if I was not there. A third teller appeared and assisted me. Horrible Customer Service. My FIRST TIME GOING INSIDE FOR A TELLER TO ASSIST ME AND THE LAST!!!!

Just left the Roseville building and the young man Adrian is always a pleasure to sit down with. Been with this credit union for 23 years & I never had a problem. Love it!

Terrible bank my check comes through every week at the same time and because of the holiday they are closed, atms closed and my check hasn’t been processed but my other two accounts( other credit unions)have deposited my money. Hopefully my money will be there Saturday when they open

$50 a month fee if you dont use your account enough. It's a shame you can put money in a credit union in a savings account to save.
