Horrible. Do not recommend. At all. They don't tell you your loan goes up with each payment, it doesn't go down at all. You also pay interest daily. Huge scam And when I tried to cancel my loan on the 7th day as guaranteed with No questioned asked they asked and they tried to give me the run around and took their time calling me back still have yet to receive call back and it’s almost 5oclock

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at the St Clair Office branch for two days now. There voicemail is full and cant even leave a message. Called other branch and they advised i had to speak with that branch and tells me they should clear there voice-mail on Friday. Really i understand they are busy but that what you tell your customers. That ia really sad. I will never use them again for other loan. Good thing that i truly dont need something from them.

I can say, the lady Holly was sooooooooo sweet. Walk me threw everything. My only thing was a higher interest rate. Overall I was very happy on how my transaction was handled with Holly and very fast.

The agent (Shay was her name) who handled my account was very helpful. She clearly explained the terms and was thorough and thoughtful of my concerns. She made the whole experience fast and a pleasure.

I was told that i was approved and they even set up an appointment with my husband and i. The day of the appointment i called to make sure they got the info i emailed. The lady then tells me that we were denied but no-one had time to call and tell us yet. She said that the approved email was before the committee looked at the application. Why does this company say approved, set up an appointment then deny you....this is false hope and they lied even though i had proof of the approval letter. I will not refer anyone else to them....

The loan process was super quick, they have a nice office and the staff is very friendly. I only took one star away because we had an appointment to close our loan and had to wait an hour because our loan officer was busy with another client. Our loan officer was excellent and the funds were direct deposited into my account. I would recommend this place to a friend!

Holly was very helpful with my first call. She explained everything that has changed because of virus. She made sure everything was covered for my new loan and the transfer of my vehicle.

Theresa Grafstein was very helpful in my time of need..She is the best I would refer any and everyone to her.
