I went in looking for some games for my grandson. Chris was very helpful in showing me games for his system, that he didn't have. He was thrilled to receive them and they were in great shape. I will go back there when I need more games or anything else that they might carry. Great service!

Absolutely would recommend ChrisCras Cash & Pawn. It’s a family owned business who strive to help their customers. Reasonable prices on items in stock . Clean equipment as well as overall aesthetics of the shop. The owners are down to earth and super friendly. I’m very satisfied with the purchases I’ve made within the shop. Don’t believe me check them out for yourself..

Don’t usually do this but.. never trying to sell you guys anything no matter what I bring you find a reason to deny. I tried selling the onyx studio 4 speaker which is very new and expensive. I was willing to take whatever for it but no it had a lil dirt on it that I can probably clean so they couldn’t help me out. I have someone else that’s gonna buy it for more so I was gonna come get it right back. I just needed quick gas money. GO TO ACES PAWN .they just bought the speaker for 45 bucks and I’m happy.

Complete waste of time. No customer service skills. Small showroom with old dusty merchandise. Three out of three times I have had failed attempts at the "business". Not sure why their even open. And the place smells.
I am sure sorry if you have had a bad experience with us. However, your comments sure don't sound sound like our 1200 sq foot showroom. Our electronics are within 3 years of age and T.V's no older then 5. There are certain things that we do not/can not accept. A review should show what type of "business" you attempted so we could learn from any mistakes we might have made. Please come back to 500 N. High St. and give us another chance. Thanks Belleville for 10 great years!
