I'm new to the area and was nervous about switching to a new car insurance provider and working with a different rep. I had a bunch of questions, but I worked with Anthony who patiently took the time to get me the best coverage. He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me save a lot of money too! Highly recommend seeing him and this branch overall for excellent customer service.

I recently turned 21 and now I have to pay my own insurance. A friend recommended State Farm to me. I was recommended State Farm by a friend who was very happy with the service he received there. I specifically sought after Anthony since he was the representative that had previously helped my friend and I am delighted that I did. He made the experience of seeking insurance (as a first-time driver) enjoyable and easy. Anthony is a great Agent. He is both responsive and clear about policies. I opened up my first policy with Anthony about a month ago when moved to my new apartment. The process was easy and so I've called him for every subsequent insurance inquiry adding non-owners vehicle insurance and also insuring individual articles. The ease of the autopayment with State Farm is one of my favorite features.

Had a great conversation with Crystal, she helped me save more than $70 dollars a month, got me better coverage than I had previously, made sure the transition went smoothly and even offered to stay a little later at the office to meet with me in person.
