    Been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Haven’t had serious issues, if I did the staff has handled it without any problem. I have opened over 6 accounts with this location. Different types of accounts to fit specific needs and I’m 100% satisfied and confident in TD Bank’s services. The manager is professional, friendly, and delight and he knows the frequent customers. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and has always been able to assist with any inquiry I had. The location has offered bank tours for our Girl Scout troops and offered financial literacy workshops offsite for us.

    Bad service every single time. This branch need re-education. starting with the manager himself, made an error and on top of, he was unapologetic. Why ask people out loud why they are here and have you sign in on a kiosk…. I’m a person that banks else where as well, so I can tell you that this is no quality service.

    This is the worst place I have ever seen in banking experience. Employees are roaming and chatting each other but the line was getting bigger. Specially Emilia, the manager need to check her attitude immediately. I will never come back to this branch.

    yea so don't bank here, they charged me bank fees on an account that later turned out to be incorrect since my account wasn't supposed to have any, and then the staff unproffessionally told me i couldn't get them back. they charged me like $15 to close my acc and $16 to cash checks, and once i cashed one and they didn't tell me it would cost money to and it left my balance negative, meaning i only got half the check until the next day for processing or something. bad staff, slow service, fees. nah.

    Worse TD branch I’ve been too. Called in advance for a large Withdrawal From My Business Account Got to the drive-thru One Teller said She had the money in different bills. Next teller Said They Don't Have The money After 20 min Wait

    This has got to be one of the worst experience I’ve had at a bank, poor customer service and the manager was very rude. Sat for over half an hour and still had no one to help us and the manager watched me walk out and didn’t even ask if I needed help.

    This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced in my life. No one greets you upon entrance, all the “workers” are sitting around chit-chatting, and the wait to receive assistance is astronomical. I was denied a notarization due to having a passport card. The lady had a poor attitude and stated “I’m about to leave” after we waited an entire hour. I called and spoke to the manager who had no empathy and made me out to be the problem. When I asked if I could skip the line with another form of ID, the manager stated that the notary is scheduled to leave and he can’t make her stay. He continued to state how he wasn’t familiar with the notary processes - which is distasteful for a manager. I hope somebody at corporate comes to this location and does some extensive training because this location is TRASH!!!

    HORRIBLE SERVICE !! DONT GO unless you dont mind waiting few hr. I went to get loan information. A employee wants me to wait for another one. their best excuse is " we are busy and shortage with employee". Bunch of "UNKNOWLEDGEABLE" employee .

    Most bizarre bank is TD and their worst branch store is maybe this one. They’ve blocked my Visa Debit card, I’ve called the helpline they said they are sending me an replacement card by mail. But I needed the card urgently so I went to the store with my NYC state ID (with that I opened the account) then they are saying their system can’t identify me and they can’t give me an replacement card.

    Such a horrible place to bank with waiting here almost 2 hour. Made an appointment there only 7 people ahead of mine. It showing 1 people forever like . Never ever coming this location. Employees doesn’t care about the customer. I would give 0 star.

    The worst service at any TD Bank I've ever had to go in to. The counter had 3 people who seemed to be just hanging out with each other whole working out over computer, while the line was backed up. We were waiting for a bank representative for other banking services related inquiry. When asked how long the wait is, we kept getting told "oh, it'll only be a minute, we'll be right with you", but would continue to work at their slowest pace possible (still everyone gathered around 1 PC). The only one kind enough to assist us was Paul, who went out of his way while having seated 1 client, to help us quickly get what we needed and he got back to helping his other client.

    Their customer service department provides terrible services. Specially their assistant manager (women) is so rude and has no idea how to help customers. She had us and another ladies wait until closing while let other customers who came after us get their staff done before. And when she called us she had an bossy attitude, she might forgot that we customers don’t work for her rather she works for us. I had to go there straight 3 days just to add a name in an account even though I have been their customers since 2012. I use this branch regularly because I live nearby. It is a shame that this TD bank branch has chosen this type of terrible person as an assistant manager.
