They provided guidance on every step of the way, and were communicative and straight-forward about everything I needed to provide them to help the process along. My loan manager, Laura, made sure to call me each week to update me and ask if I had any questions, and was always available if I needed to call her with a concern. I don't think I could have wished for a better experience!
