They did not seem to know the documents they were presenting. I had to actually find amounts and explain to them and they are very antiquated.

Went with a friend to the closing on his retirement home and I must say the 3 times I have purchased a home over the last 30 years not one of them had the organizational and time management skill set. It may have been the simple fact that I did not bring the full offering price in cash. LOL, it was non-the-less a supprise on how easy and efficient everything went. Way to go team! In and out in less the 30 minutes.

Horrible horrible horrible place to do business. We had a dated contract on when we needed to close because the seller needed to leave the country ASAP, I have called multiple times and let them know this.therefore made us lose the house, I have called and left voicemails never heard from them until I had to call to let them know the contract is not valid because the seller has already left the country, That’s when I got a call immediately , when they found out they will not be getting money. They do not care. They show no understanding. The only one that was helpful was Tracey the receptionist. I have been emailing them about getting my deposit back but I can’t even get someone to help me.I have asked them to email a document stating from both parties that it was okay to get the deposit back but all she said back to me was, “please let me know if you have any questions.” Horrible place. I 100% do not recommend. I have learned my lesson and will never come back to do business with this company.

Bought our first house. Professional and courteous... The signing was very easy and quick.

Screwed us out of a title and now six years later we can't even sell our house and they will not fix the mistake even though we signed a title policy that they are to make sure there is no lien or mishaps and if so they should fix it. The title that was never brought to us is apparently in the previous owners names and guess what now we can't sell it even though it was paid off 5 years ago. So now I'm out of options I even tried to reach out to the previous seller the tax commissioner the courthouse the new closing place and all of it falls back on them and they will not fix it. I've already discussed with my realtor and people we have used and it's saying that this is Choice titles responsibilities so now we are going to have to get an attorney. Don't go here because they won't fix screw-ups even though they got paid for this and we have a policy this place sucks

Debbie and her team are very professional. We have closed on a couple of different properties here. Choice Title is the only place to go if you are buying or selling. Their team is knowledgeable and flexible. They will do whatever is necessary to accommodate you. Luke is top notch and understanding. He responsiveness puts you at ease during the entire process. Choice makes the closing process extremely easy. Life has so much to worry about, closing on your property won’t be one of them if you use Choice Title.
