A lot of people may use this platform to say , “hey you do something for me let me pay you back by writing a review.” My hope is that this review does not read as so. By chance or by blessing my name landed on the desk of one Paige Fullbright through and indirect loan request. While I had been turned down previously I was able to go directly and speak with Paige. She presented knowledgeable (was also trainer a newer coworker), respectful, and cheerful throughout the process. Experiencing a genuine interaction such as this during today’s climate has become a rare commodity. Long story short within the same day i signed up with this credit union we were able to locate my dream vehicle, cut a check, and pickup. It may never fully encompass the how much this means to my family, but thank you for your hospitality and great service!

I took out a loan for a motorcycle. All I had to do, is go into their office show my ID on my lunch break. Everything else was done through email. So I didn’t have to miss work. Couldn’t have been a smoother transaction! I recommend anyone who’s interested in a loan go see Coosa Valley Credit Union.

Literally would never give this place a single star. I do not understand how or why they are still in operation. The amount of times I had to cal this hell hole about my car payment was insurmountable. They do not know how to take care of your payments, savings, anything. If I could go back and never open a car loan through these people, I would in a heartbeat. I definitely think there is some illegal activity going own. What it is, I don’t know but I hope they get shut down ASAP.

Location is close to my house. Mrs. Nettles is really the only one I’ve interacted with multiple times but she is very friendly and helpful. They also don’t require you to wear a propaganda mask when you walk in, which is great. Only minor complaint I have, which is so minor I didn’t bother to include in my rating, is that I wished their ATM would let you withdraw money in 5’s and 10’s like TVFCU.

It was very easy & quick to set up an account. The staff were all very friendly.

I was very impressed by the way that I was was treated which was a huge factor in me doing business with this financial organization. Brandy is a great asset and I highly recommend her.

Brandy was so easy to talk to. Come in and see her she will take good care of you. I love my credit union.

The wife and I opened an account after moving from Florida. They are a smaller and less sophisticated (few branches, no on site safe deposit boxes, no partnerships with cash machine companies) credit union then we used in the past. However, with people like Darlene and the ladies at this location, they are sure to grow and add services as they do. A pleasure to bank with.....

Very bad communication with customers and I high expected over night mail for my title, it’s been weeks! Very disappointed with this credit union.
