Beyond incompetent. I wish I could be this bad at my job and still get paid. Title officer constantly got our information wrong. Errors throughout the paperwork. Bad/ineffective communication from the entire team. They also messed up the time, date, AND location of our signing appointment — THREE TIMES. And then to top it off, they have an utterly idiotic company policy about where the proceeds can or cannot be deposited. Every single step of the process was painful. We buy and sell a lot of real estate, and we will NEVER use Chicago Title ever again. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

I'm constantly impressed with the level of service I receive. As a busy Realtor its important to me that I know my transactions are in good hands. I'm also very grateful for the mentoring and support I receive from Erin Noe, Stephanie Chumbley and Libby Cox.

What started as an easy title transfer turned into over a month long nightmare. At first customer service was fantastic, everybody was super nice and available. I did the paperwork myself turned it in, heard nothing.... called a week later was told there were a couple of ‘issues and she would fix it’. No big deal, she would send me an email and I could just reply approved and off it would go. The email never came, TWO WEEKS later I tried calling - repeatedly. Left voicemail after voicemail, no return call, for days. I had to threaten to go the manager and wait on hold in order to get an answer as to what was going on with my transfer. Turns out I needed to fill out a new form. She was going to ‘get around to calling me at some point’ as she rudely told me. She has been super busy, never mind that she has an assistant and it was a 5 minute phone call. Needless to say I won’t be referring this company or using them for any future transactions, ever.

I love the prompt service, great communication and attention to detail when closing with the escrow team at Chicago Title. They go the extra mile ensuring that our customer's are informed and that their needs are met. When it comes to superior service, Chicago Title and Escrow is the way to go!

The worst ever experience. The receptionist asked me to wait in the lobby while she gets my agent. 20 minutes later I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting for the agent and I get a phone call, it's my agent asking when I'm going to show up. I told her I'm in your front lobby, she said sorry I'll be out. She kept talking about the property that I was purchasing like it had a house on it but it didn't. I was just purchasing land. She didn't even know the address of the property I'm purchasing. I'll be lucky to end up with the correct title at the end of all this.
