When I purchased my house Chequeta Nutt was recommended to me to set up the loan arraignments. This was the first time that I met Chequeta and it has been the best recommendation that I have ever received. Since my original loan, I have refinanced, and have made an equity arraignment to pull out a sum of money to do repairs and improvements on the house. In all instances Chequeta has guided me in the right direction for my best interest. Chequeta has always been highly competent and courteous. I would very much recommend Chequeta without hesitation.

On another note, this may be our last, because our loan was sold...this is something we’d appreciated about Caliber, is them keeping the loans in-house, and now we got sold into the shark tank which is Freddie Mac. Chequeta had nothing to do with this decision so I won’t hold it against her, but it was a great disappointment after the first time we worked with Caliber.
