Avoid this place. Please never ever get one of these loans. Not only do they horribly overcharge on interest to a criminal level, but this dump of a company doesn't even accept debit payments. So you have to drive down to the office every single time. These companies need to be shut down and the owners arrested. There needs to be a solution for people that need a short term loan, that isn't also predatory like Checksmart or any other payday or title loan service. They are horrible horrible people. Please avoid.

Very friendly Staff the manager geana is one of the nicest people and go's out of her way to help ya out every time I love this place always leave with a smile I highly recommend

I would definitely not recommend this place for check cashing. I originally went there a while back. It has been a couple years since I've cashed a check there. It just happens to be right by my work. I've once again been there the last two weeks. Cashed my check last week and thought that was kinda a high fee. Basically 12 dollars on 400. Didn't calculate it at the time had a larger check today and was shocked, but to late to cancel it was over 27 dollars. Which is absolutely insane. If I went to PLS check cashing where I've been going lately which is by my house it would of been around 9 dollars. But to charge almost 30 dollars to cash a payroll check is a absolute joke. I told them I absolutely will never step foot in that place again. The customer service was a joke too. Please don't go this place unless you want bad service and to be over charged. Honestly pls is great people are always friendly and customer's actually come first and not what's going on with Facebook. If you're gonna have criminal fees at least have halfway decent customer service and acknowledge the customer comes first.

Supposed to be opened and running by 8am. I needed to leave to be at work on time @ 830am. I arrived at 8 & its closed. No one was here until 8:20 am! And she tells me... oh, it'll be another 15 mins. So now I'm losing money because someone decides to be late and not on time for their own job!!!! It's now 8:35

Whatever you do, don't go in there at night. The lady is rude and depressing. will make you want toshoot yourself. 20 too 30minute wait times to cash acheck as arepeat customer? Wtf!

This is a joke I brought in 16 state checks and I was told 2.9 % charge then the lady said we'll just charge him $5 ! The checks totaled only $290 and she handed me $210 back. I said u are crazy that is not even close to 2.9 % that is about 30 percent . I said no way in hell am I giving $80 to cash less than$300 worth of checks. I would Not ever recommend to anyone! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I went in today. Memeorial day 2018. This girl named yeulissa is so rude and unprofessional. I saw her have 3 customers and only ended up helping one out. And she was trying to watch me in the store like i was trying to do something. i did not feel welcomed or comfortable. Customers are always right. And my sister called to make a comment about her, that was true. They tried to call us back 4 times trying to argue. Unprofessional and if you don't want people calling in on the employees. You guys should hire better ones next time!!!! That are not rude and actually help people. I would not trust her with my money.

I've been going here for years but recently there's a Mexican kid that's been working around this time 6:30 and he's really rude like you go to the drive-thru and he don't even push out the table so he can give you the money back you have to basically get out of your car so you can grab your own money he's rude he's disrespectful and I don't think he should be working here

I came to send money through Western union and the window person Brittney messed up and can't get it corrected. She is backwards and short me l. She trying to get me to pay more to fix it but he'll no. She needs to go back to school or get her eyes checked.

I've never had a bad experience dealing with them myself. The fees are a bit high tho.
