Check On Hold City

I have used their sevices many times and have always had positive results. Always know when i walk in ill be treated with big smile and professional service. Who could ask for more! Mgr. JC and the younger guy ( cant remember his name. Tall, nice looking and sings like Elvis) are fast and friendly. Younger guy usually waits on me, calls me Dolly and we always have a fun time talking about music, etc. when time allows. Very accurate and kind. He always makes me laugh about something before i leave. I sincerely give them all the stars.

Talk about incompetent. The lady in here is so slow and doesnt know what she is doing spent 33 minutes in here to cash a check. She can barley see over the counter and just stands there and doesnt say anything. I dont appreciate being waited on a child standing on a stepping stool.

I ve been a devoted loyal custoner for several years.i have had nothing but excellent service.Manager JC and Israel professionalism and kindness to thier customers are much to compliment. The office is always neat and clean and decorated nice for every holiday occasion. They also provide the opportunity at getting a chance to spin the WHEEL and winning a price which is a nice complimentary gesture from the company.JC and Israel always lets customers know about up coming events and raffle drawings.They both always have a welcoming smile. I HIGHLY reccomend them. I give them 5 Stars🌞 My hat's off to Mgr JC and Israel at OC Saxon location they are the BEST!🎉

Was not helpful and trying to get my check cashed and rather than call me she couldn't help me try going to other places
