Erika was very helpful! I must say she took her time and assisted me. I was impressed with her attitude when I encountered problems with the Net Spend card. The rep on the phone didn’t provide options. However Erika gave me multiple options to try and fix the problem.

Definitely the place to go in the colony. The staff member, Tekoa went above and beyond for me. I appreciate all that she helped me with. Even took a later lunch just to get me in before I had to go to get my kids and then work.
