I have been working with Tonya and Jesse for over a year now and I have nothing but praise and complete gratitude for both of them. They are kind and approachable, and they are professional to a standard that is not matched in my experience at any other business. Check into Cash should be proud to employ Tonya and Jesse-they’re the only reason I keep going back to this location. Thank you Tonya and Jesse for caring about your customers the way you do.

Manager Jesse has always been helpful. If you're willing to make your payments and keep in contact with a good attitude he will move mountains to help you out. Never had a bad experience when working with him or against him :) very strange forward and doesn't sugar coat - he has rules to follow. Don't be a bum ass mooch and you don't have to worry about Frodo being a dick. From my experience he only hangs up on people when they curse and threaten and act irrationally. Dobby has no master

I've been using check n go for years and every time I come in I wind up running back to the bank because whatever statement/transaction history I bring in os never right. I have been a loyal customer and always paid on time. This company clearly has no customer appreciation. They just lost my business forever. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went into the store the other day and the service was actually great. Workers attended to me right away and got right in and out as quick as possible.

Wanted to take the time and give Check Into Cash and Jesse a huge shout out. Love coming to this branch, the service is amazing, very professional and extremely friend. Jesse’s professionalism is off the chart and is an asset to this company.

Check into cash manager Jesse has terrible customer service skills. He is rude and has hung up on a customer twice, when asked to discuss options. He refuses to be helpful and is on some kind of power trip. Do not use them! They are awful!

my thougths on check into cash its a great place the poeple are friendly understand, what you need and very helpfull for someone who doesnt have a bank or credit union this wound be your best place. these poeple do go out of there way to treat you rigth and the same time you as a customer is giving back to them more poeple to come in for a loan. so its a win win for both check into cash and you . what ever you are in appleton, green bay, oshkosh, manitowoc, stop in and say hi . they will wound be more happy you out tell them that tom protzman sent you have a great day.
