    I visited this established on 03/13/2021. When I approached the door it was locked, shortly after an lady came to unlock it. She crack the door three inches and started to interrogate me before allowing me entry into the building. I asked her was that protocol, she said no. There's no doubt about it that I was being prejudged and stereotype. I visited this established countless times before and I never experienced anything unpleasant. I'm very unsatisfied !!

    They always have good customer service but Mrs. Cuavales surpasses all levels of good service! She spent about an hour fixing a system error in my account, by phone, by email, by computer ... she is great!

    The clerk Mrs. Or Ms. Tracy that works there is so sweet and knows how to run the place. She patient and has great customer service skills. She the bomb. We need more people like here in the customer service field.

    Sorry it took me so long to get around to writing this review, but I really want to do it!!! Went in in late January because I had tried to cash a check written by a business to me at Walmart, as usual, but this one was declined. I even called the number they gave me, but got no further information as to why. Called Wells Fargo and confirmed account it was written on was active and that the amount was good. Went to my local Food Lion: was told they no longer accepted check with....get this....handwritten signatures!!! Okay...went here. Extremely helpful and nice and no problem cashing check!!! Alisa was wonderfule and the service can't be beat!!!
