I have been a customer for some time now, I especially like your gift card buying service. Unfortunately, for the last month or so, this service has been unavailable. Do you plan on getting this service back into working order? And if so, when can I expect to be able to use it again?

Frankie the store manager is awesome! Always very polite. Has always provided me with great customer service as I have witnessed him do to others. Even when My payments are late he has never treated me any different. I'm very comfortable with him and I'd refer anyone to come here.
