    called in was told I could cash a money order that I had made out to someone that returned it to me then I take my time to come down to be told it cant happen! and was called a liar when I started I had called. didn't expect much but customer service was not up to par. If can go somewhere else

    About a 15min drive from where I live even though thereā€™s a shop 1mile by I stilll go to this exact one . This place always been respectful and kind to me for about a year now . Any negative reviews on this place is a lie . The previous and current manager and employees are very patient and respectful to even the rudest customers and Iā€™ve seen it all. Overall great service .

    Ive beem trying to get a "payday loan" as in a small financial advance for the period of one week.... If i need credit for that i can just go to the bank amd get lower intrest rates. They ALL claim they do soft inquries or they require no credit check. LIES. They ping your credit

    The staff was very rude on the phone. I told them when I would pay the loan, but she talked over me and wouldn't listen to what I told her. I will not be back to CIC again!
