Ms. Rekyia is such a sweet person. She’s well spoken and very efficient while multitasking. I observed her taken the extra precautionary to see if I was comfortable, while waiting my loan results. I’ll definitely be back again, if at all; a sudden expense should occur. I definitely recommend to anyone to visit this nice place immediately, I received my loan in 15 minutes. Thanks again.

Each time that I've gone to this location, it has been a fabulous experience for me. The manager Jennifer is very nice, informative and willing to help, the best to her ability. She even has made me laugh just when I need to laugh! This is the only location that I will go to as long as she is there.

On my most recent visit I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, an area trainer, and the area manager, they all were amazing! They were professional and welcoming, very informative, and worked with me to get my account up to date (I fell behind due to personal reasons). The one thing I like about Check Into Cash is they don't strong arm you when you miss a payment like most places do, they work with you and develop a payment plan that works! The team was great, i looking forward to working with them again & again!

I have never seen in my entire life such a bad customer service. I was treated poorly like a dog by the agent at the cash into check location on Wabash in springfield illinois. The Lady was extremely rude and disrespectful because I didn't have my work phone number. Although she successfully verified my work history and all other info. I was willing to get my employer phone number online for her, but she even wont let me finish my sentences, she insisted about getting my supervisor phone number and I didn't have that at the moment at the top of my head. She started yelling at me to leave their office and was very rude. Worst customer service

Overdrafted my account 491 dollars after i told them i wanted to enter a repayment plan. Haven't answered any of my calls, even after a left a voicemail.
