CHECK CASHING STORE Waughtown St, Winston Salem

Girls in 24 hour check cashing had the Door open and I was trying to get an Money order at 11:20 Pm February 24 2022 and she said they are Closed for a Shift change in the 24 hour check cashing until 12:30 Am, smh so I said this is not a 24 hour and I just wanted to get a money order she said we close.

I came and cashed my check and they lady didn’t give me all my money and I called back up there and asked could she count the draw and make sure it’s not over and she said no because she was going to keep the money.

I would give 5 stars but they could improve their lobby area n parking lot other then that I always cash my work check here after I get off late night and the ladies are always fast n friendly

Horrible people horrible management cashed the same check I presented to them less than 1 month ago which is a government check and they would not accept the same exact check without talking to someone...disrespectful arrogant people work there I would not recommend anyone cashing a check there...and they all say they are the manager! They are not the manager!

They would not accept a government check that was 3 weeks old and there was no one else to speak with about this problem.

You would get no stars from me, but that's the only way to post a review And the beat goes on for stupidity We no longer can give out change for any bills but they're behind hopefully a bulletproof enclosure

I'd give a zero. Omg the customer service is terrible. Your employee Erica is so rude over the phone I chose to take my business to Wal-Mart check cashing. You may need to fire those rude unprofessional nail tapping employees and hire new ones. I called 5 times before anyone answered the phone. Never recommend this place

If I could give negative stars I would!!! 3 different occasions their "system is down" or "wait an hour, we're in shift change" Place is PART TIME. RUDE AS HELL, not to mention them hanging up on me.

A check cashing place that doesnt even have money half the time. Phone number listed isnt even a Winston number but calls somewhere in Greensboro

Terrible attitude and service... the Mexican women who work there are extremely rude and disrespectful...they talk bad about their customers....the fact that i am deaf...they were laughing at me...
