Chase Bank Excelsior Blvd, St Louis Park

We worked with Breanne S on a potential mortgage, and have only positive things to say about the experience. Breanne took extra time to make sure that we understood Chase' process and procedures, processed our application extremely quickly, provided multiple pre-approval letters, and followed up regularly and personally via email and phone to see what we needed. We didn't end up with a mortgage from Chase (this market!), but the application experience was so positive that we wanted to share and provide this review. Thanks Breanne!

I'm a chase customer and I had a chase check and the teller wouldn't cash a personal check to me. She made zero effort to contact the funding party and was border line rude. If your thinking about switching to chase checking and using the local branches I would recommend passing. Chase has great Credit cards and they should stick to what they know.

I made the drive all the way into the branch during Covid because I’d been trying to replace my debit card through the app because it kept having issues with the chip and it wasn’t working. Call times are through the roof so the next best option for was to go in person. The arrogant and condescending guy working there didn’t even let me finish explaining before asking me if I have the app and asking me to “open it up for him” because I can just order a replacement card that way. This was despite me taking my card out and him seeing it was a specially ordered one with BB-8 on it. Keep in mind the bank was virtually empty of customers so there was no need to brush me off as though he had better things to do. Last time I needed a new card I was invited to sit down and the Chase employee took care of it all for me, including helping me order a fun character card and chatted to me about any other banking things I may need help with. 2 stars because the bank teller who printed out my temporary checks and the bank manager who helped her do it were both kind and efficient.

Bunch of employees standing around doing nothing but there is nobody to help open an account. Another bank can use my money for their own investments I guess.

Very convenient location, right near park nicollet specialty center, off of 100 and excelsior boulevard. Very friendly staff, great deal if you open a new account and set up direct deposit, they give you an extra $200, Don't know how long that'll go on but it's only at this location.

This is a large full sized Chase branch. I walked in this past week around 11am to open an account. I was told by the Manager, who appeared to be doing nothing, that there wasn’t anyone who was able to open an account. Not impressed!

The WORST customer service experience I’ve had in years. They made me feel like I was a criminal even though I showed ID and have my mortgage with them which they verified. DON’T bank here.

Go to other branches, never come this one!! I made an appointment at 2pm, but they let me wait till 2:16. So what’s the point of making appointments? The funniest thing is that banker got no customer to service just organizing some files. The banker is super unprofessional as well. She cannot help me doing anything and obviously has no idea with some professional information. I asked her how to fill the form, while she just replied “I don’t understand what does that mean either”. Alright

Bank is new, has plenty of parking, the lobby is open. Kyle was very helpful in assisting us with opening a bank account.

I experienced great service with my business account & personal. Stacy is great to work with & very welcoming!
