I typically don't write reviews but feel the need to for This particular CSI Staff. We have been with CSI Accounting and Payroll for the past 8 years and have been receiving excellent services. The whole team is awesome. However, there is one person that we have the pleasure to communicate the most with at CSI. Emma Ireland is our payroll person. She is professional , courteous, and always send friendly reminders every time when payroll is due. She responds quickly to all questions whether new employee related, or payroll related to resolve issues promptly. She would let us know when she's out of the office and who to contact if we need assistant. She has maintained a positive attitude and made herself available. Emma really is an asset to CSI and truly and asset to St Paul Clinic.

We have been working with CSI for almost 4 years now and have had a wonderful experience with everyone with whom we come in contact. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Emma Ireland who handles our payroll. She is extremely professional, concise and patient with clients who require patience, such as I.

I switched my payroll provider from one of the "big box" payroll companies to Kris with CSI 5 months ago on the recommendation of another business owner. The poor level of service and frequency of payroll errors on their end had been at an unacceptable level for far too long. I have been extremely happy with how easy she made the transition to CSI and her overall responsiveness. Often times I have e-mailed her questions or payroll changes on weekends to be dealt with the following week and she has gotten right back to me with the answers or confirmed the changes have been made. Kris has been an excellent partner to the operation of my businesses, and I could not be happier. Kris at CSI has been a huge asset to our small business.
