Chase Bank Stelton Rd, Piscataway

Horrible branch. The bank tellers don’t want to work. All they do is chitchatting I went in to make a simple withdrawal yet I had to wait in line for 15 minutes so that these tellers could finish chitchatting before paying any attention to me. Literally chitchatting with one another. Chase bank, why are you hiring these ppl? The bank business looks so dead yet, I had to wait that long mind you I was the only customer in line that day. Sad! Don’t do there for business. Take your business elsewhere if you can. If there was a “No star” option, I would have chosen that for this branch.

My experience here has been horrifying. I have been with Chase for years and coming into this location was unpleasant. I asked simply for help with my account, something that takes literally 5 minutes. The representative told me to come back in an hour or so when I look around there are NO COSTUMERS in the building. They looked like they didn't even want to help. People these days.... I'm sorry but the costumer care is just bad.

Customer service is horrible. The bank tellers are very unprofessional at this location. There were two tellers at the time and both had customers. One of the tellers was having a personal conversation for more than 10 minutes with one of the customers. Two people lined up behind me and they finally started the transaction. Another bank teller then decided to open up a third counter after so much time had passed and no other customers were at the bank other than the five people. This was 2 pm on a Tuesday, I couldn't imagine how bad the service would be on a weekend.

This branch is horrendous. The manager went out of her way to make sure to not assist me. She stated whatever managers ran this place before she wouldn't be doing the same kinds of things. Oh ok, so things like, honoring a check written by one of your customers. Charging an $8 dollar fee to cash a $15.00 check. This is America's most inconvenient bank. The are rude, have no people skills, their bank policies limit their ability to even help out honorable customers. What a shame. The reputation Chase has aquire over the many years of a solid banking institution is a hoax. They are just another in a line of failing financial institutions. I recommend that NO ONE, AND I MEAN NO INDIVIDUAL AND NO CORPORATION EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. IF YOU NEED TO STAT WITH CHASE PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION, THIS ONE IS A TOTAL DEBAUCHERY.

Came in a busy Saturday and was able to open a Credit Card quickly and clear with Vishal Jani. Sweet and friendly banker ! Loved the experience here <3

I was really surprised to see review about bad customer service. I am a regular visitor of this branch. People are very nice. You are greeted at door as well as by tellers by your name. Investment professional are also excellent. They go out of their way to help customers. All staff is excellent! Keep up the good work. I am very happy and pleased with the service I get from them.

As you can imagine, moving into your first home could be stressful and hectic at times. But I truly do not know what is worse, the never ending to-do list, or the fact that the nearest chase branch is a colossal disaster. The ATM has only been in working order 2 times out of the last 6 times I stopped there. Those are real numbers. Then again, it’s not like I have money in my accounts anyway..

Great customer service. Moved back into town after being away for 40 years and wanted to open an account with a local bank. The customer service by Vishal was more than we would ever have expected. Love that it's right down the road!
