This company gives out two contact numbers: One is the number you call to pay a debt, and one is for their paying clients. IMPORTANT!!! The debt collections number goes to a call center in Bangladesh, the client services number goes to an American! Look up their client services number on their website and call it -NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED-. You'll get an American who can actually help you, instead of a call center clerk who is forced to read a script and gets paid pennies.

I was told my not 1 but 2 different MEMBERSHIPS i had going over 2 seperate time frames that i had to cancel because of not being able to get time in the day to go that I followed PROPER CHANNELS for canceling my memberships were good until I seen them on my credit report . Lmmfao WHAT A JOKE !!!! SCAMMMMMM SCUMMMMM !

Terrible customer service reps. I called about a debt and the rep yelled over me and would not let me talk. I got so frustrated that I had to hang up. They should really consider their employees better.

Have called multiple times re a gym membership that was cancelled, in person back in 2018. Was told that everything was taken care of. Several years later, it shows up on my credit report with a $636 collection balance. Called corporate, called the individual franchisee, and called this agency. No one will help me. This credit company also had in their logs that they have called me on multiple occasions. NOTHING...I’ve heard nothing from them for over 3 years until recently. I have left multiple messages and emailed Work Out Anytime’s corporate office to no avail. My first call, they told me they would settle for a little over $400. Not happening. These scammers should not get away with this. I pay my bills, and this is more than unfair and unethical. Apparently, from the reviews, their reputation has been fully noted.

Got a call from someone who said they were a representative of First Credit Services. I have no dept, no accounts, or profiles associated with this company. I've gotten multiple calls from these people, claiming they need to talk to me about "personal business." I've told them repeatedly to place me on their "do not call" list, I've reported them to the national "do not call" list, and I've blocked multiple numbers belonging to this company. Obviously, they cannot take the hint.

Debt collectors are lower than pond scum. Get a real job that doesn't involve harassing working class people being crushed by capitalism

As it appears from the reviews prior to mine, First Credit Services is a scam of a company. The firm has violated several of my consumer rights within the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692. I was called by two reps and the first violation is that they contacted me without direct consent pursuant of 15 U.S.C. 1692c(a). This is identity theft by having a person's information without consent. They continued to violate six more consumer laws throughout the conversation including harassment by calling me twice pursuant of 15 U.S.C 1692d(5). Before you attempt to collect any alleged debt, make sure you know a consumers federal rights and protection.

Worst collection service I have ever dealt with, after months of back and forth I get a call saying I am a minor and DEMANDING to speak with my parents, (I AM 23 YEARS OLD) and this was after multiple interactions with them already. After they wouldn't speak to me on that call, I called back a month later and they still refused to speak with me! I finally got so upset and asked the person on the phone to explain to me how they have talked to me numerous times before, but now cant for whatever reason. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back and proceeded like nothing ever happened and he was able to speak with me. THE WORST. I hope to NEVER deal with them again.

Crunch Fitness of Florida is a joke, a scam and a lesson learned on my behalf. This "credit services" company is a joke as well. Your a perfect team - scum & trash make a perfect summary of how you do bussiness. Your bussiness model is comprised of "Health & Fitness" recovery which means both of your bussiness are unethical and has no moral compass. India seems like a hotbed for bad bussiness models, so fitting

Harass me with calls constantly but refuse to send me a bill or written notice. Also tried to force me to pay by giving my bank account information over the phone still without ever seeing a bill in the first place. Now it has a high impact on my credit score

Just a bunch of scammers. Called me about a collection and wouldn't even tell me the company name that I was speaking to. Then called back a week later and had the name of the company trying to collect. I knew exactly who should be calling me but apparently they don't. They also proceeded to tell me I owe a bogus amount for a bill I no longer have -10000 stars this company should be shut down

They are trying to charge 800$ from me and my brothers canceled gym membership. We even had non contract membership with the crunch fitness. Shame on them, when you want to pay all the members are ready to help but when you want to cancel they send you around not taking the responsibility.

Calls almost every day except weekends and holidays. I block the number but can still see when they called in my call logs. Every now and then they will start calling with a new number. I can been receiving calls nearly every day for well over 2 years now. I don't know what it's regarding as I won't answer their calls because I know it's a creditor
