Chase Bank Detroit St, Denver

This is the poorest managed apartment complex I have ever seen. The elevators rarely both work, the management never had us sign a lease, they continually threaten to evict my daughters despite me paying the lease payment on time, and the staff is downright rude and belligerent. Find a different apartment complex.

Will Campbell is amazing! Helped me get a new credit card and made the process so smooth. As someone who is newer to credit cards, he took his time to explain each benefit for the cards offered and made sure I understood which one would work best for my lifestyle/needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a bit of guidance and a friendly/patient person to assist.

This branch has the most amazing staff! They are always so helpful and friendly. I do business and personal banking that this location. They are always cheerful, no matter what (which is a big deal in the time of COVID). Thank you for being awesome!

I tried to get some cash but I couldn't because they lock the freaking door. All ATM allow you to get cash without your card; therefore, do not lock the door. 😕

Michaela helped me when I was frantic about a scam. She was calming, understanding and took charge of the situation with immediate phone calls to their security team.

This is a very good branch. Usually not very crowded, and the staff is always very helpful. Becky and Anthony are always friendly and knowledgeable, and they do their best to provide top notch customer service to every client, every time. Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed in this location. Needed help with something and was told a banker would be with me in an hour and that I could wait in the lobby. I waited in the lobby and an hour later was told appointments for the day were running behind and the wait would be even longer. No communication prior is really frustrating as I would have scheduled a different time to come back rather than spend an entire afternoon sitting in the lobby and receiving no help. Incredibly inconsiderate towards their customers.

Went in today to ask about some overdraft fees, I spoke to the manager about it and she was very helpful and friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience at a chase.

Good service, validated parking, full service bank, friendly staff, ATM in the front lobby with secure after hours entry.
