Chase Bank Crystal Point Rd, Crystal Lake

Everyone in America is able to access my personal health care information due to coronavirus, yet Chase Bank could not simply help an economic victim of coronavirus to get digital copies of bank statements. I was forced to close my account in mid-August to save my family from disaster. Furthermore, I was promised I would be able to re-open my account once my family was back on its feet. Chase’s policy is insulting and ridiculous. They require me to mask for a virus I’m vaccinated against, yet they cannot give me copies of my personal, private financial records.

Opened a checking and credit account with Scott, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He explained everything in full detail and answered ever question I had. Thank you Scott!

I have left this review on Yelp also. Nothing was good at my visit to this Chase location. Waited for a teller for quite a long time. This visit was for my business account and after depositing $30,000, I asked to use the restroom. I was told by the young teller that there are no bathrooms for customers. I explained that you just helped me deposit $30,000 but I cannot use your restroom? He merely repeated "no bathroom for customers". As I was leaving another employee was standing near the door and I explained what happened. She merely repeated, "no bathrooms for customers". So...if shouldn't matter that I have multiple accounts with Chase, this bank should care about their customers. If I was negotiating a loan in one of their cubicles, what happens then? Very unhappy with this poor judgement and considering a different chain.

Went into Chase today to open a checking and savings account and spoke with Heather V. She was awesome! Super down to earth and went over all my options including what fees are applied if you overdraft, etc. She did not make me feel like I was rushed or wanted me in and out or use an accounting/finance language no one wants to understand. She showed me the benefits of using the app on my phone and their user friendly website. Very happy! Piss off Citibank!

Been a Chase customer for over 20 years...stopped by at 11:10 to have a document notarized. Lady at the counter said she'd "check" to see if someone could help me. Said both bankers there were "waiting for their next appt." and wanted to make me an appt 1/2 hours away. I asked if one of the bankers could watch me sign the paper while they "were waiting". Nope. Thanks Chase Crystal Lake....for nothing.

So far any time I have an issue with my account, they help right away. Need a new card, done. Check deposit via phone, done. Easy to use envelope free deposit, done. Also, my deposits are immediately available in full, which I can appreciate too.

Worst bank we’ve ever used tellers are horrible people.

I’ve been with chase since I was 14 years old when they were Bank One. Ive been to over 50 different chases in my life and this is the worst location. Horrible customer service. They don’t respect the customers in a decent matter. I’m at that location 2 week for my business account. I go in the drive up.,Rena is unprofessional rude, and snotty. If there staffing was trained differently, I wouldn’t have any problem. But they won’t paper clip your money together, when you need singles and fives. We don’t do that here’ and there is a line forming behind you. Rena states. I would rather go an extra 5 miles down the road for my Personal business.

Would leave 0 Stars if I could. Never any bankers working. Always long waite to talk to one unless you are a "Chase Private Client", they'll help you right away and you can just walk into an office. Waiting currently almost a half hour and haven't even been acknowledged. What a joke! Management needs to hire more bankers maybe?
