Chase Bank W Combs Rd, San Tan Valley

Super unhelpful staff. They didn’t want to help me so they said it would take an hour to open an account. I said no it takes 10 minutes I already have an account here and want to add another one. I opted NOT to do business with Chase after this.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm always treated with respect and privacy when in this location.

I opened a business account and a personal account with them along with my kids (on separate occasions) my wife also does business with Chase. Our guy Steve Flores was the one who has helped us setup our accounts, but goes above and beyond line of duty. He made sure my kids understood the benefits and also the risks of opening an account, all the different options, all the functions of the app, etc. and he does it in a way that anyone can understand. He is a very humorous, intelligible, amicable kind of person that everyone likes to meet. Thanks guys!

The manager there on 8/4/2018 kathryn I believe was beyond helpful. I had a lot going on and I had spoken to three other chase customer service representatives prior to walking into this branch and had stressed how long I had been with your company and stated that I needed assistance. Everyone had shot me down within seconds of listening to my story.. It took the manager less than five minutes to figure this out. What I really appreciate is the fact that she acknowledged that I had been with Chase for so long and she appreciated my loyalty; no one else did. (Did not settle well with me) she understood that YES life happens and helped beyond repair. I hope this gets passed along to her. Thank you again for your kindness. Bri.

I went down to deposit $120 in my daughter's checking account because of an emergency and was informed that only signers on the account can deposit cash. WHAT A JOKE! I'm sure glad I bank at Wells Fargo. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I’m honestly very disappointed, I decided to choose to switch banks due to my current bank ALWAYS having issues. I was told to try Chase as they are great but require an appointment to open an account. This far I’ve called 4 times over 2 days at different times and cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule. Not really encouraging me to join Chase.

Coved was responsible for us to change banks. The branch we dealt with closed permanently. We felt lucky Chase Bank was close by and we transferred all our accounts. I pay my bills over the Bill Pay. I also like to see the line items on my current month Debit card plus A Chase Bank Credit Card - Amazon. The Home page is so cluttered its difficult to find these accounts to peruse. I found the Debit Card however it only shows the last month's details not the current. This makes it harder to fallow your money The Amazon account I have never found.

Closing my chase account! This is the 3rd time I've woken up to all of my transaction scrambled and my account was at $31 last night but am negative $280 this morning! No explanation where it went or what caused me to go over and every time I call they play dumb and just keep reading over my statement and refuse to escalate me to anyone. I have 2 babies under 2 on a very tight budget and I cannot afford to have a bank play with my money!!!!!!!!

Constant problems. Someone keeps hacking into my account or something. They sent me a temp card that never arrived. Still blame me for whatever. My deposited money into a chase atm never showed. Too much stress. This bank isn't worth the stress seizures

Great customer service, wonderful team work within they treat you as a customer all questions are explained, Combs/Gentzel Chase is excellent !!
