I Opened my first banking at 16 with Mario I appreciate that he takes his time to talk and gets to know his clients his energy is different than others he’s not like other bankers that are just there for business and I’ve noticed that he is very passionate about his job and he needs recognition for it and he’s been wanting to be the manager there for some time and I think he deserves it he has told me stories that clients are upset and the manger there ask for his help because she can’t get them to calm down so she asks him to help out and they do calm down you can’t be a manager if you can’t get some one to calm down and Mario has leader ship skills for that position MAKE THIS PASSIONATE MAN MANAGER 🙏🙏🙏🙏PLS LEAVE MARIO A REVIEW IF YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED HIM AND DON’T LET HIM GO UNNOTICED

No one picks up the phone, no one returns the voicemails and I have tried at all hours. Very unprofessional for an institution designed to guide and support local small businesses in their success. Id consider banking with another branch in hopes that this branch is not a reflection of Chase.

Nah chase in general is just going to get people upset. They steal. They waste your time. They could care less for their customers. I’m banking with Bank of America now. Can’t trust Chase anymore.

Long lines. Customer service is like any other in the area. Nothing special. Parking is horrendous.

I went there to see it was conveniet for me to close my savings account. I decided to leave it open for another month & left. The next day, I checked the same account & a young, male banker working behind the tellers had taken my $150 bonus from my account without my authorization/signature. I'm still trying to resolve the issue 3 days later. Be careful with your money. Check your account often. 7/19/21 Update: I since closed all my Chase accounts including a "freedom" credit card which has been my latest headache due to points Chase owed me. Don't wait until you go through these losses/problems. Put your $$ in Credit Unions better!

I dont have issues with this bank I been a customer for a good 8 years now, mind you it is a bit busy because is a community bank here in south gate, surrounded by residential streets, so of course people rather go there than drive to another location. Saturdays is super busy, get there early, if you are going to do a simple transaction, such as cash a check, deposit or the such there may be a wait, but as we all chase customers know deposits can be made at the ATM, so it is a good bank, never any issues, at least for me.

This bank is a piece of $hit. Withdrew money from atm, atm did not give me the cash but took it out of my account.. Terrible customer service when i came to the store to try and get it fixed. I hope this branch gets shut down, very unhelpful and clearly can tell they don't care. Still haven't recieved my money.

Everytime i come to this chase branch their system "goes down". Extremely annoying when standing in line for an hour just to be told my account cant be pulled up. Client beware.

Customer service is very poor here. Line for transactions is almost out the door and only 3 tellers working. Understaffed.
