Was referred by a family friend to visit Martha Montoya at State Farm insurance! She was extremely helpful and provided lots of explanations for terminology that normally goes over a customers head. It was a big issue I had with previous insurance companies! We also got a great deal bundling our car and renters insurance! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I really recommend this agency. I called to add my new car to my policies looking for ways to save. Martha Montoya really exceeds my expectations. She reviewed my policies and helped me find $$$ I’m the review. She really pays attention to detail and I took advice to her recommendation. I bought a hospital policy a few years ago and I just filed out my paperwork so I have $$ coming my way. Thank you Martha.

I love coming to Chelly Gonzalez Agency- all the ladies are knowledgeable and kind. Every time I come in here they are professional. I have my home, auto and earthquake insurance here since 2015. I am very happy with the excellent customer service.

Chelly and her team are absolutely AMAZING. They walk you through every step of the way from opening a new policy, making any changes or filing a claim when needed. If you hate dealing with insurance companies, you won't if you work with Chelly's team. Vanessa is so helpful. You just give her a call and she will handle it for you. You deal with a real person right away, rather than a bot or waiting on hold to get a rep in another part of the country. They changed my mind about insurance companies. If you to Chelly's, ask for Vanessa.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could… everyone here always helps regardless the situation… Especially Vanessa… I had a little problem with the DMV today and Vanessa had it all cleared in a matter of minutes… I swear you all are my hero’s lol. Whether refinancing, homeowners insurance, or car insurance, this is the place to go. Thank you Vanessa for everything you do and for the whole team there at Chelly’s Office !!!!!!!!

I love StateFarm and especially this location with Chelly and all the ladies that work in her office! I’ve had StateFarm for many many years and never a complaint with these ladies. They have always been there for me and explain everything and are always so helpful and attentive to my needs when I need it the most! They treat me like family they know me by name when I randomly call they also email me or call me right away when I try reaching out to them. If there were 10 stars available , that's what Chelly Gonzalez State Farm would receive from me. To say that their office goes above and beyond is an understatement. From the start to the follow up, and even after I obtained my policies they have never hesitated to check in on me and make sure there is anything I need. In fact, I needed a copy of an important Renters document , and I called (On a Saturday!) and had it in my email inbox that day. Moreover, I purchased my Life Insurance Policies , for myself, my husband and my niece and nephew. During this time, Chelly and staff made me feel comfortable and answered every question or concern I may have had. There is so much more I can say but there isn't enough room. Please make your life easier and visit or call their office. We need more people like the Chelly and the staff at Chelly Gonzalez State Farm!

I have used 3 other car insurance companies over the past decade (Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and most recently, Geico). The expertise with which Chelly and her team run this particular office is exemplary. Each representative I've spoken to truly takes the time to go above and beyond to ensure I have all my questions answered. While the other aforementioned insurance agencies have made me feel rushed and/or have given me the runaround, Chelly and her agents have done quite the opposite. I can't speak for the company as a whole, as this is the only office I've had experience with thus far. However, if all State Farm offices were run this way, I'd say competing insurance agencies had better step their game up!
