    Scheduled appointment to meet with Notary. When I arrived Rosy questioned how appt was made and if I had correct location. I explained numerous times I had scheduled online a few days prior at this location and had even left work early to make it on time. Rosy informed me Notary Adriana was unaware of any appointment and would not be able to assist me because "SHE FORGOT HER STAMP"! Rosy asked me to come back next day (today). I asked if I would see notary for sure. Her response was "I think so". I've been calling branch all morning and no answer. Highly unacceptable & unprofessional. Obviously the customer is not valued here.

    If you want to get Ripped off this is the place! Consumer beware they are getting customers info from the atm machines outside. I was recently a victim someone took $ 500.00 from my card. The Manager Rosa was NO help She just brushed me off. The creepy Nigerian Security guard standing in the front was being Extremely Suspicious!!!!! I would like to know if anyone has had the same thing happen @ this location! This occurred 5-17-21.

    We're trying to buy a house we are close, so close to losing it because the guy dealing with this is taking way too long to do one thing. He doesn't answer messages or phone calls. When he finally answered, he said he was busy with a promotion. Which I don't understand why seeing as it should not be for doing his job. We're desperately trying not to lose this house. Things that should have been handled at the beginning, he's making it a hard time now. And now there's no hope he wasted a total of 50 days. I can't believe this. 3 weeks ago. He was congratulating us on our new house. Now he said it can't be done.

    Funny how most Bank of America’s in Hispanic neighborhoods have lousy customer service reviews. Bank of America does not value our people’s money and time. These long waits don’t happen in white communities, funny how we don’t matter. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

    This place is a nightmare some ATM always down a big line and people cutting in front of line. Just the worst and its been like this for years and no plans at add more ATMs or bank tellers. Saw people fighting over an ATM and no security two people working outside just acting like nothing was happening. Truly the worst shame on bank of america. Has no problem ripping off poor people

    BOA is the worse. Always long as line. Freezing out side and only 2 tellers open. Over an hour waiting in line and line continues outside. 🙄

    There are long lines especially with this Covid19: However, I find that the staff does go out of their way for their customers. It would be nice if they had more tellers available, but the tellers and management that work at this branch do a great job. For customer service they get an A+ from me The lack of manpower is the issue

    This is the closest branch to me and I’ve never had a problem with their service. The lady who opened my account was lovely and so are the tellers. YES! It gets busy just like every place, such as the DMV and Let’s face it, you probably wait longer at a Starbucks, people are not machines they personalize their service to every client but when it’s your turn I bet you would like for ppl to be patient while you ask all the questions to a person and not a machine- customer service is not an easy job people! P.s it matters to appreciate employees because unless you’ve never worked at customer service there’s no reason why you can’t empathize when ppl are starring you down wishing you would multiply. BE Patient and pretend you’re waiting at Starbucks

    The manager should be fired. There is always a long line and usually 2 to 3 tellers only. Open an account somewhere else. Do Not Bank with Bank of America. They don't seems to care for good customer experience or service.
