Excellent service from Steven Charles. Polite, communicative and efficient. I usually have bad experiences with banks since they always try to trick you or upsell, so I do everything online, but this branch seems well managed.

This is a very quiet and nice branch where you can have all your banking needs taken care of. It doesn't get busy in on Saturdays and I can always count on somebody to help me. I give this branch 4 stars because sometimes I have to sit and wait for assistance for a very long time while there are bank employees walking around and and having fun.

Needed documents notarized so I called ahead to confirm this is something they could help me with, even giving details of the type of documents I needed signed and stamped. Went into the bank and was first told that they would not notarize anything with a picture ID. Then they would not notarize any government documents. Then they would not notarize any documents tied to a government document! FYI, Chase - the type of document that usually needs to be certified is most likely a government document for the government. No other institution would ask for a certified copy! Thanks for wasting my morning!

Today I have such an amazing experience thanks to the lady who works in this branch, who was very sweet, kind and professional. Her name is Maria. After I made a mistake a signed the documents prior to arriving to the branch, the notary public legally couldn't notarize my documents. I was really sad as I needed everything done urgently, and Maria noticed it and directed me to go to the UPS office nearby and reprint the pages, then went behind the counter and got my cashier's check quickly, explained so nicely everything that I do, and even said to call when I'm done at UPS and she will keep my line for the notary public they have. Thanks to her I didn't miss the deadline with my documents, and I'm so happy today. It so rare that someone has helped me, after first time meeting them, and kudos to this amazing person, and people in this branch.

They don't accept walk-ins for bank services and don't pick up the phone to schedule an appointment. It's unacceptable

Wrost Service ever. Went in to the branch at March 12th ask for downgrade my Premium checking account. Michael Vitale who assisted me said he have already downgrade my account. I'm all set. Months later, found out that my account still haven't downgrade and got charged for Monthly Service Fee. Unbelievable!!!!Waste my time.

The bank where banking is impossible. Three weeks to set up a checking account. No access to standard banking products like a money market account. Service that cable companies would be embarrassed about. I most recently found out that in some situations Chase debits money from your account at the ATM and then knowingly and purposefully does not give the customer the money (different from an ATM out of order or a machine failure). This is a working machine that debits money from your account and then the slip says "we took your money but sorry but we aren't giving you the cash." The bank agreed that they didn't dispense the money and would not give me the money that they took out of my account. They suggested that I call and start a three week process where an "investigation" will happen and where I'll be "notified by mail of the results." I strongly recommend that you work with any bank that is not Chase. You'll be happier, you can do actual banking, it will be more convenient, you won't get the runaround, the bank won't make their problem your problem and you won't have money stolen from you. Certainly the branch manager, Shanese, should not be working in a job involving customers.

One of the smaller branches in terms of how many people use them, but I've always had a great experience with them. Friendly employees and I've never had a problem.
