Chase Bank S Reino Rd, Newbury Park

I visited chase bank to withdraw money from the ATM. There are two ATM'S inside the front foyer. Previously, you were required to use your Debit card to enter the area but this is no longer in place. I consider this a physical security breach. Be careful using the machine's, be vigilant for your safety.

We had a simple transaction - a check deposit - which was handled quickly and effectively. We were particularly impressed with the friendly tellers provided. However, adding a savings account was not as simple as we had hoped. A good amount of parking and handicap accessible.

This must be a training branch. Employees green behind the ears with big smiles but don’t know much beyond basic services. Advice: if you don’t know how to do something, don’t pretend you know while telling the customer he is wrong. He could be right and you just made yourself and everyone else in the branch look like a bunch of incompetent bafoons. Just politely say “ I don’t know, let me get some help”, before you send someone to get court documents or a lawyer.
