I love Chase Bank and this branch especially!!!! Tina is the most professional and knowledgeable banker!!! All the employees are polite and friendly!!! Thank you for the great service!!!

This branch never answers their phone. They also always have some limitation on change for businesses when other branches don't.

Had terrible experience with this location. Monty was my Private client banker and he was nice, after he got a promotion, Joe Earls took over my relationship. He enticed me with the sapphire checking bonus, but was unable to apply it. As I moved out of state, I can not get to the branch. He refused to assist me with my other regular business after I filed a complaint.

Everyone is very welcoming! Fast service and great location. Tyler, the loan officer is awesome and extremely helpful for mortgage loan.

I'm totally satisfied by an overnight cash deposit done here without the assistance of any personnel that is physically present.

The bank's recent new hours have made handling my financial needs most unbearable (closing every week day at 4 is completely unreasonable for the average blue collar worker) If the bank doesnt soon reinstate a more reasonable hours of operation. I will be forced to look for a bank that is less burdensome.

The tellers are generally nice but I have never been to any other business where I could rely so consistently on employees being double parked outside every day of the week. Every time I pull in I donate a sad chuckle towards a few of their employees' inflated senses of self worth.

It was a bit slower than anticipated, but the service was good. The lady knew what she was doing and did it as fast and as accurately as possible. Props to them. The place was spotless and very welcoming.

They are not professional at all: they don't know the customer's rights and they aren't helpful. I will never go to there.
