Huntington Bank Cox Ln, West Chester Township

I love this bank, but you need to change your hours on the website. It says open until 6:00 pm on Friday and you close at 5:00 pm. Outside of that everyone is always friendly and helpful.

My husband & I wanted to Opt Out of Early 2 day deposit, there's a phone number to call on our statement however, the recording doesn't acknowledge the words Opt Out. No matter how slow or clearly I said those words, it kept saying, Locked Account. I called our local Huntington office & was told I have to make an appointment & talk to someone face to face. I'm slightly handicapped, going to the Bank in person shouldn't be something I have to do, the toll-free number on our statement to Opt Out should be my option. We do all of our banking with Huntington & my husband is taking about gradually changing to a Credit Union, that's a lot of work. Please Huntington, help me Opt Out of 2 day early pay.

Hands down the worst branch of Huntington I have ever dealt with. Employees know absolutely nothing, and actually tell you wrong information when it's THEIR job to know what they're doing. I don't even think they really care to know how to do their job either because when you explain how other branches do things, they say that it's not possible and/or just ignore you and do it their way (the incorrect way). They don't even know how to withdraw money and deposit it into another account correctly. Take the extra drive to go somewhere else, this branch either needs completely new employees and management or it just needs shut down.

They helped me with all my banking needs. I will be bringing all my money here. Such a great staff and they all work together to put the customer first. Ask for Dennis or William and they will get you taken care of!

One of my favorite Huntington branches in the area! I've been with Huntington Bank for a long time and loved the Oakwood branch. When I moved down to Monroe, I went to a few different branches until we settled into this one. Everyone is so friendly and happy to see you whether you come inside or go through the drive-thru. I also love the 24 hour Grace - can't beat that!!

I love this branch and their employees. The branch manager is amazing and the employees know me by name. They are always accommodating even when I have to make large withdrawals for my business. It’s a little further from home but that’s fine I’d rather be treated well and valued than going to the branch closer to home where I’m treated horribly. The icing on the cake is that they even make sure my baby has suckers if I forget to ask.

People are always nice and friendly. They keep lobby supplied with hand sanitizer and mask no other banks do both. Dennis is our banker and always nice.

Lately, wait times here have been very long. All staff looks new. Used to be a very good branch. I see employees walking around but not helping customers!!!
