Mariner Finance Cox Rd, West Chester Township

This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten a loan from Mariner. The process is about average for financial institutions like this. There’s nothing that really stands out about them to make me say, “Oh WOW you’ve gotta go to Mariner to get a loan”. The interest rates are high just like all other places like this & these guys are still using paper checks which by law can take up to 2 business weeks to clear your bank. You’re better off using a credit card if you can, go to your bank or borrow from family. If you’re trying to build up credit that’s another story but it’s better to have NO CREDIT than borrow any $$. Save up & pay cash for EVERYTHING & you’ll be rich one day, otherwise you’ll be a slave to your creditors for your entire life!

They are very nice and professional. Made it extremely easy to close over the phone. Intrest is high but what do you expect. Honestly I'm just glad they were there. Needed money for property taxes during the pandemic and they were very fast and easy. I'd definitely recommend them.

If I had the option to select 0 stars, I would. Credit Karma indicated that I was approved for a loan so I applied online and received an email saying to call them to complete application process. Spoke with a man, he put me on hold then asked me a few questions and said I would get a call later that day with loan options. That was over a week ago. Very unprofessional.

The folks at the West Chester site are truly awesome people. From the moment the door opened we could feel the kindness. We had an awesome experience. They were awesone with us. It was so comfortable it didn't seem like we were there for business. More like visiting family. Rikita and Aerial, most wonderful ladies. We thank you all for your kindness and business. I receive the promotional check in the mail and was very hesitant about the offer. I researched the organization and read the reviews of the pros and the cons. I finally decided to call and spoke to Aerial Mauldin who was very professional and she helped me through the loan process. I was blessed to receive this loan because I'm working on my credit and was rejected by another organization. I understand that my rates will be high because of my score but I am willing to take that risk to improve my score. I was quoted one amount and was blessed with more than expected. Aerial also gave me some wonderful financial advice and I appreciate her wisdom. I have noticed that my score is improving and would refer anyone to visit this office and speak to Aerial because she will do her best to help you in your journey to improve your financial situation. My point of contact at Mariner in West Chester, OH was Arial M. Entire process was quick and easy. Arial was extremely helpful, patient and a pleasure to talk to. She was awesome!!! It is nice to have someone to talk to that actually is interested in what you have to say. She is a keeper!

I couldn't ask for better treatment at mariner finance in Westchester Ohio every one is very polite asked how you're doing and hand shakes. great one on one service and can't ask for better phone conversations when you are making a payment or just asking a question and always asking if there's anything they can do for you.
