Terrible customer service! I had a scheduled appointment to go into the bank to open a business bank account and received a call regarding my info, which I provided already. The lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn't want me to waste my time driving there for my in person appointment and then completely mistook what I said and stated that I could not open a business bank account... here is the plot twist I ALREADY HAVE ONE WITH CHASE LOL! I was referred to speak with a lady named Christina who wasn't very helpful whatso ever when i explained the miss communication she stated i could go online and canceled my in person appointment. Looks like i should close my current business account with Chase and bring it over to Wells Fargo where I have a few accounts already. Good luck treating people this way.

I love how they allow custom text alerts and give you until 11 pm to cover any overdrafts with a transfer or deposit. Unlike Wells Fargo they don't rearrange your days charges to take out the most expensive ones first to try and maximize the number of overdrafts.

The service was performed really well and on time with me.

lost documents, wrong address applied to account- customer service cares less-cold hold $100,000.00 deposit for over ten days!

no drive thru atm, no atm lobby with keycard entry at nighttime like other locations have

Terrible customer service, with very minimum people in the bank I was asked to sit and wait for a banker and it would only be a few minutes. I sat and sat to only find out the guy that was supposed to he helping me had spent the last 10 minutes telling a family vacation story, nothing bank related. I told my son that wanted to opened his first bank account. Let's go I don't want you to think this is good bank customer service. We processed to walk out and not one person said anything. I will take my business elsewhere

This Chase Bank may be smaller than most however, the employees are always smiling and friendly. Whenever I use this branch I always go in for personal service which is always great and fast. I cannot say about the drive-thru since I've never used it here. They are conveniently located right on US hwy. 1.

Waited over an hour for them to do the simplest thing on my account, meanwhile whenever anyone else came into the branch they would get helped before me. Never will be going here again; time to switch banks.

They dont answer there phone for other businesses.

60 minutes on hold now trying to dispute a pending unauthorized transaction with a specialist absolutely ridiculous.
