From start to finish these young ladies are by far the best professional, kind and understanding people that I have met since the pandemic started in March of 2020. We all know that pandemic has changed lives, places and some people attitude, but when I tell you that if we had people in this world today 12/10/2021 and every day like the branch manager Monica and the young lady that helped me Stephanie the world will be a better place to live in and then you would get to meet much kinder people than the mean ones we are meeting now. America needs to be kind, more gentle, slow down, kind, understanding at peace. I pray that I run into more people like Monica and Stephanie. i’ve left voicemails and called numerous times and i have yet to receive a call back. i just need a simple question answered but i can’t get ahold of anyone. very unreliable when they say they’ll call back in their voice message.
