I usually file my taxes by myself, but as things started getting difficult for me, I decided it was time to ask for help and so I came to Tax Pro America. I love that they are quick to respond to my questions. They immediately let me know what exactly is needed from me. Especially during the pandemic, they are able to accommodate people online and are respectful in person. They gave me so many different information in regards to how I should be filing and what I should be keeping track of for next year. Michelle was also such a delight to work with. She worked hard to keep me informed throughout the process and made the process go smoothly and efficiently. Ask for her if you are looking for help to file your taxes. This is really 6 STARS!!! Use Michelle Pierre, she is amazing!!! I usually do my taxes with someone who I thought was a trusted representative at H&R Block. After an abysmal 2019 tax season I thought I would reach out to someone new. Michelle is courteous, kind, efficient, and reliable. She takes her time and really made it easy especially since I could not come down to the office. She replies to every single email, text, and phone call that I had answering very question/concern. She even managed to find all the mistakes that my previous tax agent made on my prior taxes and gave me sound advice on what I could/should do in the future. This was the smoothest and most rewarding tax season for me thus far. I will never use anyone else again and look forward to working with her in the future. Please Use Michelle Pierre!!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I came to Tax Pro America a day before my tax filing extension ended (Completely forgot about my taxes) and Michael helped me get them submitted within an hour. Not only was he extremely accommodating but he got me more money back than I was expecting. I will definitely be using Michael Pierre for my taxes for as long as he's taking clients. Did my taxes here for the first time and I was very impressed. I attempted to do my own taxes and was expecting to owe, when Michelle did my taxes not only did I not owe she got me a nice return. Michelle did a great job, communicated frequently, and was helpful throughout the process.
