Someone should tell the manager here he needs to take the mask off once and a while. Lack of oxygen causes anger issues. Just a heads up.

The manager Robert is incredibly rude. The other employees were really nice though. I came in at 5:15pm and when I walked in the manager starts yelling at me saying" no, no, no, you need to leave. Well what do u want? " I said " I'm just here to withdraw money" and he says" well we are closed but because there is still someone in here then we will take you". I said" you're sign says you are open until 6". He says" well we are not anymore and haven't changed our signs". I couldn't believe how rude he was. I could tell the the other employees were embarrassed by how rude he was.

My wife and I have always had a good experience at this branch. The people are friendly and understanding and the lines are never too long. They always seem to have jusy enough people working to make things smooth. If they had services that cost less or things like free savings/checking then they would retain more clients and enable them to provide more services to more members.

I lined up and when my turn came, the teller told me to wait and the teller greeted the next guest. I was almost late for an important appointment. I will be changing banks.

Great Conversation with Lisa - Asking about a checking acct for a teenage. Lisa was funny and we swap kid stories. Made me feel comfortable... Great people at this location!!!!

Sabin is Now the manager at this branch. He is awesome, superior customer service skills! The personality of this Branch has transformed under his leader ship. James E

To much time spent chit chatting g with customers. Over 10 minutes per customer and still waiting. Not the first time either! Line will be long and there will still be socializing going on! Ridiculous!!

What good is a bank that closes at 5? The sign on the door still says closes at 6, I rushed over to get some money into the bank any they're closed and gone faster than you can say don't do it.

Nothing but great things to say about this crew at Harbour Pointe Chase Bank!! They go out of their way for you and take a special interest in each customer. Sad to see any of them leave. Sam and Janna are great, as are the rest of the crew.

I opened up a new account at this branch, I had a coupon that says I would get $300 credit and the representative (don't want to mention their names here) said all set! But that did not happen, I called them few times and emailed several times after all they put me a credit $200 (not $300) after 3 months. I have no clue where that number 200 came from.
